Where disputes result in court actions notwithstanding attempt at Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR, or in peculiar circumstances where court action cannot be avoided, we prosecute and defend actions in the regular and specialised courts of the nation, States’ and Federal High Courts up to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
