From working with the Civil litigation department of the Federal Ministry of Justice to becoming a Counsel in a leading law firm in Nigeria and then founding AEI Solicitors in 2017, Adaora has represented clients large and small for about a decade.

Some of her projects include representing Adamma Hostels, Ltd in respect of its over N500 million development project with Timeless Innovations Ltd, and advising on a wide range of legal matters for Omicron pharmaceuticals and Sengabay Capital Ltd. She understands the nature of the Nigerian business environment and is active in analyzing legal and commercial considerations underlying transactions in which our clients are involved, including their objectives, priorities and needs, whilst simultaneously equipping them to identify and mitigate any associated risk. She is also experienced in the field of management consulting.

Adaora graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (2nd Upper) from the University of Abuja, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar ((2nd Upper) the following year. She further obtained her LLM at the University of Abuja, has a Diploma in History and International Relations from the Lagos State University and has undergone various trainings with certifications in Project management, Strategic business planning, Dispute resolution and International women’s health and human rights offered by Stanford University. She is passionate about women’s rights and empowerment, is regularly involved in and initiates a lot of numerous community engagement projects.
